Call to the Swedish government
STOP DEPORTATION OF FIVE UZBEKS TO UZBEKISTAN!
On May 26 the immigration bureau of Sweden has decide to deport five Uzbeks back to Uzbekistan.
Here is the list of people facing forceful deportation:
1. Shavkat Aripov
2.Qudrat Azimov
3.Maruf Abdugafforov
4. Dilfuza Ahmedova
5. Georgiy Morozov
We are the activists of the Uzbek people’s movement “Birdamlik” (“Unity”) believe that it was a wrong decision, moreover, it was cruel and inhuman.
Uzbekistan is ruled by the dictatorship under president Islam Karimov, his regime is one of the world worse violator of human rights.
All people, who have been deported so far to Uzbekistan from abroad were taken into custody, where they faced torture and other abuses and after were thrown in jail.
We call to the Swedish government to stop deportation of five Uzbek men, we believe that Sweden, as a democracy will not feed the Uzbek regime with new sacrifice.
