Dear Mr. Yang Jiechi minister of Republic of China’s Foreign Affairs,
At the end of 1994 and the beginning of 1995, I with my collaborators and Republic of China’s Yan corporation representatives joined and created in Uzbekistan the “Suvjihozgaz” joint venture. China obtained 51% portion of the share of this joint venture while Uzbekistan’s people obtained 49% of the portion.
Our joint venture in short time in Uzbekistan found its own place and developed fast in country.
But in the midst of 1996, this joint venture because of the manager’s fault it clashed. After it clashed Chinese collaborators ended the joint venture and tried to go back to their country.
Thus, personally after my initiative and my work this joint venture location situated and enterprise returned again to its active self. But in here Chinese collaborators instead of being grateful for my services and giving me inexact reasons they decided to renounce from me.
Joint venture manager Hung Yuan Chao in Uzbekistan through his existent acquaintances pressured me hard and in result I, with my already did services, left without my portion of the joint venture . To this day “Suvjihozgaz” joint venture owes me from 5 million U.S. dollars moral and material.
Dear Mr. Yang Jiechi, I ask from you help me that to get from “Suvjihozgaz,” Uzbekistan-China, joint venture from its 5 million U.S. dollars my important fraction.
If you will like to discuss this matter we can always meet, please I am always ready to meet “Suvjihozgaz” joint venture’s manager with face-to-face to discuss this matter with clearness and I am prepared to talk this through.
